Re: The $30 million tax issue and the Marshall County School Bond issue.
Dear Editor:
The $30 million tax case ruled on recently raises serious concerns for Marshall County voters being asked to approve a multimillion dollar school bond.
It appears that 30 million dollars is going to have to be repaid to Enbridge Energy by Marshall county and others who have taken, and presumably spent, the money.
