To the Citizens of Middle River:
In my 44 years on the city council, I have never been prouder of our city. When Kay and I decided to relocate with my employment on the railroad, we decided to come back to Middle River to live and raise our family because of the quality of people in Middle River.
The public meeting regarding the purchase of the school building was a confirmation of what I have known all along - there's no place quite like Middle River.
