Peter G. Wilson

Peter G. Wilson, age 69, passed away peacefully on June 9, 2018 at his home in Middle River, Minnesota after a two year battle with cancer. He was surrounded by love and support from his family and friends. Peter was born in Mankato, Minnesota on December 31, 1948. He was preceded in death by his mother, Audrey Keith Wilson Kimpe, and his father, Howard Edward Wilson. Pete is survived by his children: Tom Gregerson (Christine), Naomi Rauch (Steve), and Natalie Postel (Greg) and grandchildren: Jacob (Gregerson), Emily, Addie, Benji (Rauch) and Bella (Postel). He is also survived by sisters Diane Arneson (Dick) and Nancy Ankeny (Ron), nieces and nephews Erik Arneson, Jeff Ankeny (Maria), and Nicole Ankeny, great nephews Devin and Andrew Ankeny, and step-sisters Rhonda and Marsha Kimpe. Pete had a life-long love of music and regularly played guitar and sang with friends and family. He was an avid traveler on Amtrak and found pleasure in his work at Arctic Cat / Textron. He will be remembered for his unwavering generosity, kind soul, and sense of humor.
