The Thompson Forest Road is now open to traffc. A stretch from the Bemis Campground to the Root Road had to be re-shaped to improve water drainage on the road surface. Mulching and seeding still need to be completed. This project is weather dependent, the hope is to complete the seeding yet this year; but it may have to wait until next spring.
