Value of a Vote?

 At the Monday, March 19th, GMR School Board meeting, only one person spoke at the Listening Session, which, for the first time, was held once the meeting was called to order. At last, board members could ask questions of the speaker and ask that items be clarified, but were warned not to engage in dialog, comment on or respond to comments made by the speakers. “We will not be getting into any back and forth discussion,” Chairman Kilen stated.   

 

When Dave Thompson of Middle River brought his “Value of a Vote?” to the board, observers attending the meeting shared that school board members and administration sat in stunned shock.
