Middle River Water Tower gets Touchup

The Middle River water tower is receiving some concrete reinforcement around its base. Rerods were inserted in the old base and John Scheff applies adhesive to the old base before the final concrete is poured for the new base, which will provide more stability for the tower. A completed base is shown in the background.
