Chrest Hamness Brings New Life to Strathcona Bank

The old Strathcona Bank building, the only original building left standing from the settlemen of the town in 1904, has recently been moved about 25 feet to the west of the original location and will be placed on a new cement slab. In 2004 it was reburbished to resemble the original building which was built in 1912. Chrest Hamness and son Chris have taken on the loving endeavor to renovate and save the old building.
