November Senior Meeting & Bingo

The Newfolden Senior Citizens held their monthly meeting on Wednesday afternoon. President Marlene held the business meeting. Marlene led the meeting with discussion about their plans for their tables at Santa Claus Day in Newfolden on Dec.1. They will have a table of goodies for sale in the Community Center. Plans are made to be busy making crafts for the special day. Their table will be there from 9-12 a.m. It is also "New member" sign up days in December where they will be looking for new members for their group. There will be classes held at the Community Center on Tuesday mornings from 10-11:30 a.m. and will be held on "Powerful Caregivers" given by Darcy, Leola and Cindy. Wednesday, Dec. 12th there will be a Holiday Tea at the MCC High School for all Senior Citizens at 1:30 p.m.
