Gator Football Ready to Hit the Field

The 2017 football season is underway! Varsity and junior varsity practices started on August 7, a week earlier than usual due to the addition of another team to the 8A 11-man section. Mr. John Lee is returning as Head Coach for his fifth season with the help of Mr. Mike Coltom, Mr. Kent Janicke, and Mr. Brian Modahl. Coltom is the Special Teams Coordinator and Defensive Assistant; Janicke will join the Gators this year as Defensive Coordinator taking Coach Mimnaugh’s place on the team; and Modahl will return as the Offensive Coordinator and all-around assistant to the team wherever needed. Coach Lee is also excited for the return of Ryan Bergeron as the lead statistician for the Gators.
