Today a strange man approached me. Well, he wasn’t actually strange as in green ears and three arms; he was just strange to me. In other words, I didn’t know the guy.
Sitting by myself in the early morning hours, it is easy to let my mind wander back in time. There is something about Christmas and winter that creates an open gateway to reminisce about trains. We normally circle the Christmas tree with model trains, maybe that is the main reason. It is a good subject to focus on as I let my mind slip from where I am to from where I originated.
When the chill of winter sets in on your yard, you may begin to worry about the birds struggling to survive the cold. They don’t have the luxury of blankets, cozy fireplaces or even a cup of hot chocolate to help them stay warm.
Experts say that fitness isn’t about diet or exercise. It is about health. Our goal should not be a number on the scale or a certain size jeans. We should seek a body and lifestyle that are healthy.
