It’s been nearly two months and I still keep his phone charged. I check it each morning. We didn’t share the same thumbprint, but I knew his password, as he did mine. It was like that between us. We shared almost everything.

I like to write about my passions, one of these passions is a desire to fly. This desire is counterintuitive to the fact I am intensely scared of heights. I have flown several times and, while it is a safe form of transportation, I would rather enjoy the exhilaration without the elevation.

That term seems odd to me for a living creature but there it is sucking the life right out of your houseplants. Scale-damaged plants look withered and sickly. Leaves turn yellow and may drop from the plant.

Today a strange man approached me. Well, he wasn’t actually strange as in green ears and three arms; he was just strange to me. In other words, I didn’t know the guy.

Sitting by myself in the early morning hours, it is easy to let my mind wander back in time. There is something about Christmas and winter that creates an open gateway to reminisce about trains. We normally circle the Christmas tree with model trains, maybe that is the main reason. It is a good subject to focus on as I let my mind slip from where I am to from where I originated.
