Letter to the Editor

I want to thank the editor and Honker staff for publishing this wonderful newspaper, it is one of the best in the area. I really like the stories about the history of Middle River, my home town.

On behalf of the Strandquist Food Shelf, I want to thank the area churches and organizations for the money they have sent us in the past few months. I also want to thank Red Lake Electric and Enbridge, Inc. for their nice gifts. The Stranquist Food Shelf serves the Strandquist, Middle River and Newfolden area. We are open the second Tuesday of each month. If anyone has questions you can call Gula at 597-2689.

I also want to thank the area pastors and church leaders for all the work they are doing during these trying times. It is so nice to be able to see all the church services on Facebook or YouTube. We have so many wonderful speakers in this area.
