Work Begins on Middle River Water Tower

H & H Coating of Devils Lake began working on the Middle River Water Tower last week. A lot of equipment was moved in to work on this project and this looks like a normal, peaceful shot of the tower waiting for work to begin but........ ....take a closer look. There are already two workers at the base of the tower in hoist buckets!
