Trails4Transplants Rides Into Rochester

Trails4Transplants riders as they made their way into Rochester, Minnesota, on the last leg of the 2018 journey. Riders from many states have come together in the past six years to raise money for specific projects that assist organ transplant donors and recipients, as well as to raise awareness for the need for donors for transplants. This year’s ride raised more than $45,000.
