Our new friend “Snowball”. Mrs. Owl built her nest in our yard. One day we noticed 2 babies laying on the ground below the nest. Sadly, one didn’t survive. Mrs. Owl hunts during the day and returns every evening with food. She spends the night keeping it safe and warm. We “visit” Snowball (as I named it) everyday, scratch his head & have a conversation as he noisily chirps. One day, it will spread its wings and fly away. Judy Scramstad
