Central Boiler Companies Distributes over $1,178,000 in Bonuses among Employees
Central Boiler Companies (which includes subsidiaries: Central Boiler, Altoz, and WoodMaster) celebrated the 31st consecutive year of employee bonus distribution on November 2 at their Greenbush facility. The bonus, along with the companyās contributions to the employee 401K accounts, totaled $1,178,075.35. This amount is in addition to any commissions, weekly 401K matches, hiring bonuses or performance bonuses that were distributed throughout the year.Additionally, at bonus, the company matched 100% of the first 15% of the contributions employees made to their 401K accounts from their bonuses.
