On the morning of 11/08/25, a Red Lake County deputy responded to a report of a dog running loose and harassing people in Red Lake Falls. The owner of the dog, Sheila Marie Olberg (46) of Red Lake Falls was cited for the city ordinance violation by allowing her dog to run at large.
