On the evening of 10/24/25, a Red Lake County deputy stopped a vehicle for a moving violation on Bottineau Ave. in Red Lake Falls. It was discovered the driver of the vehicle possessed marijuana that was not properly packaged. Chandler Lee Erickson (25) of Red Lake Falls was cited for misdemeanor cannabis open package violation, and the marijuana was seized.
