On the afternoon of 10/03/25, Red Lake County deputies arrested Janella Rose Rude (44) of Plummer at her residence. Pennington County held an active warrant for her arrest. She was turned over to Pennington County authorities. Brandeis Jayde Olberg (45) of Newfolden was also arrested at that residence. He was taken to jail in Crookston and was booked for felony aiding an offender to avoid arrest. He was released from custody on 10/06/25 and then appeared in Court in Red Lake Falls on 10/08/25. He remains free from custody on his promise to appear at his next scheduled court appearance.
