Bethany Lutheran Church was filled with joy and energy earlier this month as children and families came together for its annual Vacation Bible School (VBS), held August 3–7, 2025. The program, themed “True North: Trusting Jesus in a Wild World,” invited children on the ultimate Alaskan adventure where northern lights glow over majestic mountains, rivers and glaciers. Pointing them towards Jesus, True North shows them that he is a faithful friend we can always trust. Jesus is our True North!.
