Locals had the opportunity to explore The Venue at Copper Ridge during their first Spring Vintage Carnival on Saturday, April 12.
It was a beautiful day for vendors and visitors alike, with food trucks and picnic tables outside, vintage goods sold along the covered patio, and drinks and booths indoors, including in both bridal suites.
Vendors included stores like The Shed, Silo Boutique, and Stevie Ann, crafters including Scrap Happy, Timber & Clay, and Lake Pleasant Designs, and food with Rainbow Concessions, Hooked Up Catering and Nelly.
Owner Angie Anderson commented, “It was a gorgeous day! I just love sharing our space with others and seeing the look on people’s faces who haven’t been here before.”
Attendance was great— around 600 people enjoyed a day out to eat, drink and shop. The Venue is already planning their next Vintage Carnival for November 15, 2025.
The Venue is a local wedding and event center south of Newfolden and can be found at thecopperridgevenue.com.
