Marshall County Township Secretary, Jill Hall, presents Bonnie Wagner with a plaque honoring Virgil Wagner for his 50 years of service on the Marshall County Township Association. The plaque was presented to Bonnie at the Annual Meeting on Saturday, March 16th. Virgil first became a director in 1974 and a township chairman in April of 1988.
