Judy has been the backbone of Quin, having been fiscal administrative support for 6 Quin Directors, dozens of WIC (Women, Infants & Children) staff, and countless others serving on the Quin board, the 5 counties Quin serves (Kittson, Marshall, Pennington, Red Lake & Roseau) – including the public health agencies. Her expertise and vast knowledge of federal and state grants along with her smile, welcoming and positive attitude will be sorely missed. Congratulations and happy retirement!
