The Northern Freeze Cross Country team competed in the NW MN Conference meet in Red Lake Falls. We had a tremendouse day on a fabulously hilly course! Wow!! This was Red Lake Falls first time hosting and they delivered a very challenging, hilly course for us, it was a great meet!
