Katherine Knutson, of Newfolden, MN, passed away on June 3, 2022 at the age of 92 at McIntosh Senior Living, in McIntosh, MN.

Aaron Blatz was born December 21, 1963 in Robbinsdale, Minnesota to Alvin and Ferrell (Kingrey) Blatz. He was raised on a farm in Stanchfield, Minnesota and graduated from Braham High School in 1982. Aaron spent over 30 years working for International Union Local 9 installing elevators. He had many hobbies throughout the years that changed as his life changed. Spending time with his wife, daughter and grandkids was very special to Aaron. He also enjoyed going on Spyder rides with his wife and friends.

Sharon Marie Johnson was born in Thief River Falls, MN on February 6th 1945 to Doris (Olson) and LeVerne Johnson of Warren, MN. She grew up and attended school in Newfolden, and graduated high school from Middle River in 1962. She was married to her high school sweetheart Charles (Chuck) Walton of Middle River on January 6th, 1962 and made their home in Middle River, MN. They welcomed their first child, Brian, in 1962, followed by Brent in 1964, and Barry in 1968. Charles and Sharon raised their boys in Middle River and worked together at Walton’s Inc Implement in Middle River until 1990 and then Marvin Windows until their retirement in 2010. Sharon was a member of First Lutheran Church of Middle River, a member of the Eagles and American Legion Post 444 Auxiliary.
